I constantly feel I’m living in a “world of worry.” Trying to implement FLOW to have a better quality of life for myself and those around me.
I see myself in every single video. Too much to write here but I’m truly hoping this is it….where I CHOOSE to finally cross that bridge after 10 years of attempting it.
This. This is the word that defines me and my goal is now follow you and what you teach in order to learn to live for today..in the present moment. I am turning another year older on September 23rd, I will be 57 and I want to live from this point forward in the present moment and not be consumed by all the worry anymore which is literally drowning my everyday.

I honestly used to think that love=worry. If you love someone, you worry about them. If you love something, you worry about losing it. I spent decades trapped in this space of worry and fear. I finally got to a point where I felt I had totally lost control of my life: I had graduated from law school and was looking for a job while also staring down the Bar Exam, raising two boys on my own, the house we rent had been put on the market, and my car was broken beyond repair.
